Over 15 billion batteries are thrown away each year after just one use – when they could have been used time and time again with a little help from machines like this battery charger. The Battery Wizard Recharger uses sophisticated pulse-charge technology to revive ordinary batteries as well as rechargeable ones, and will (most unusually) work with all of the most commonly-used battery types simultaneously in any combination. It uses a special analysis programme to determine the type of battery being charged, and then monitors each individual battery throughout the entire charging cycle – so ‘dead’ batteries are rejected and others reach their maximum capacity in minimum time.

Running costs are low – as little as 1p per set of batteries – and the Wizard will pay for itself over and over again
