Krill are shrimp-like crustaceans that feed on algae. The oil extracted from krill is particularly rich in omega-3 and contains both of the omega 3 fats, ecosapentanoic acid (EPA) and docosahexanoic acid (DHA) but hooked together in a different form. Independent testing reveals the antioxidant power to be over 300 times greater than vitamins A and E; over 48 times greater than omega-3 and over 34 times greater than Co Q-10. Each serving of 2 soft gelatine capsules provides EPA 115mg and DHA 65mg. Active ingredients 100% krill oil. Other ingredients: Capsule (bovine gelatine); Preservative (sorbitol, glycerol); water; aroma (vanilla).
